Since these are individually manufactured products, exchanges are unfortunately not possible – but if you have any problems, you can always find a solution with us.

How long does delivery take?

Standard orders: approx. 3–5 working days.

Personalized items: approximately 7–10 business days – as we make everything by hand.

What payment methods are available?

Credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and other secure payment methods.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free for purchases over €100.
