Legal notice regarding the artistic design of trademark-like designs

Atelier Love GmbH offers hand-painted and individually designed art objects, particularly bear figurines, tables, and leather goods. These works are created exclusively according to customer specifications and in a free artistic design.

Individual design elements may be stylistically inspired by well-known brands, logos, or design elements. However, these are not original products of these brands or licensed collaborations.

We expressly point out that:

• Atelier Love GmbH does not own any license rights to the brands or logos shown,

• no commercial use or series production of such motifs takes place,

• the design serves exclusively the artistic implementation of individual customer wishes,

• the trademark rights shown remain solely with the respective rights holders.

All figures depicted are unique pieces, and their origins are not intended to be misleading. Our works are not affiliated with, nor are they authorized by, the rights holders of protected trademarks or designs.
